The staff was extremely friendly! I went in thinking I was going to pay a lot more than I actually did. I even got new windshield wipers (top of the line) and they far exceeded my expectations on every level. They were MUCH faster than the guys who said they do five minute oil changes and took TWO Hours to do my oil change!! This is definitely my place to go and where I recommend people!

My barber had recommended Pitstop for oil changes. This was my first time trying them. They were efficient and answered all my questions about the oil types available. They also topped the windshield washer container and checked the tire pressures. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. I was impressed with their thoroughness and will return in the future.

I only go to the Pittstop on Wilbeth Rd in Akron. They are very friendly they answer your questions they check the vehicle. I even stopped in to get air in my tire when I didn’t need any other services and to buy a back windshield wiper. Darly is my favorite guy there! But they all are great.

Been going here for a few years. The guys are insanely nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. They are quick and courteous, they manage to make getting an oil change enjoyable.
