Worst place about appointments. Last week went for my doctor's appointment when I arrive today said that they had to cancel my appointment because the physician didn't show up and I have driving from crane. Went back today for another appointment after the automated system called me and said my appointment was at 11 when I showed up they said my appointment was at 10:30 and that I had missed it even though their system is the one that called me and told me it was at 11. 2 out of the 3 receptionist are very rude. Always seem bothered when you go up to check in or to make an appointment. Always say my name wrong and I feel like they do it on purpose since I've corrected them so many times. (My name is nothing difficult) just very irritating. My Dr is okay. Wish I picked a dr that goes into detail about how my baby is growing/doing. Already too late to switch Dr's since I'm due next month. Not my favorite place! Wouldn't recommend it. I have had appointments cancelled with no notice. No one answered the phone.
I went on a Saturday morning as a walk-in patient. The nurses were efficient. I really like my new doctor. She really listened to me and took time to assess my needs. They know I don't have insurance so they work with me on payments. I recommend this place to anyone.
We really liked Dr. Vivekanand Dasari, MD, but just called and was told he is no longer with the clinic does anyone know where he went?
