The doctor was so helpful and talked to me about my health and what I was going through and explain alot of the stuff I needed to know even though I'm in 30s I'm still get uncomfortable being checked but I'm glad it was a woman doctor I could talk to about what I was going through
I was there yesterday and I just love my Dr .. Dr Urtega spent over an hour with me and actually listened to me .. I thought the receptionist's were nice and polite .. I would recommend this place to family and friends ..
Worst place about appointments. Last week went for my doctor's appointment when I arrive today said that they had to cancel my appointment because the physician didn't show up and I have driving from crane. Went back today for another appointment after the automated system called me and said my appointment was at 11 when I showed up they said my appointment was at 10:30 and that I had missed it even though their system is the one that called me and told me it was at 11. 2 out of the 3 receptionist are very rude. Always seem bothered when you go up to check in or to make an appointment. Always say my name wrong and I feel like they do it on purpose since I've corrected them so many times. (My name is nothing difficult) just very irritating. My Dr is okay. Wish I picked a dr that goes into detail about how my baby is growing/doing. Already too late to switch Dr's since I'm due next month. Not my favorite place! Wouldn't recommend it.
