I have been a patient since 2015 and have never had a complaint. Until recently I was assigned to a new doctor since my doctor had moved. I was assigned to Jessica Lindemood and let me tell you that she is very condescending. I came back in today for a visit (2nd time seeing her) and she pretty much approached me with a “it’s you again” attitude. Says that I had made no progress in my health and instantly scolds me. My doctor doesn't make me feel like a kid respect me some doctors want to gripe you out my doctor treats me like an adult and shows he cares so sometimes doctors have to change appointments because you're human and you're not just doing US Ikea Texas Tech Medical is four star even the five star
