Since their patient portal stopped working, they have been impossible to get ahold of. On top of that, they don’t send any type of appointment reminders. I know that there’s 4+ people sitting at that desk available to answer a phone call, and no reason for anyone to be on hold for 20+ minutes EVERY time they try to call.

This place just isn’t the same as it was back in 2017. Ever since their system went down, they’ve stopped sending appointment reminders—no texts, no calls, no notice at all. Many of us have jobs and busy schedules, and I personally work overnight shifts. It’s already a struggle to make it to these appointments, and without a reminder, it’s easy to forget. Dr. Contreras, Parker, and Rankin have all been some of the most thorough and compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. When my grandson was taken to the ICU and diagnosed with diabetes I feel like they stepped in and saved his life. They also helped my family understand everything that we needed to know during such a devastating time. I am so grateful to have such an amazing team of doctors.
