Parking is terrible. Dog waste everywhere you walk. Dogs not on leashes. People in the pool all hours of the night.
If it were an option, I wouldn't even give this dump hole 1 star. Here are the top 3 reasons why you should NOT move in here: 1. The chances of getting towed out of your own parking spot are high. Last night I was towed out of my own spot...same spot I've parked in for 3 years. I spent the evening in the ghetto of Dallas retrieving my car from the impound. I have never lived at the Links, but I had actually wanted to, until I had a horrible experience with the office staff. When I first walked in to take a tour, the leasing agent rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly grabbed her keys. After the tour, I was so in love with the complex, that I filled out my application right on the spot. Within the next 2 weeks, I had to call the office at least 5 times to check on the status of my application. MY QUICK AND SHORT REVIEW: We really like it at The Fairmont at Willow Creek - great location, close to stores and restaurants, clean and well maintained. The staff and management are really nice; Carrie, Lacey, Cherilyn are all very friendly and professional. My floor plan is well laid out and has lots of storage spaces. The quality is pretty good; I have crown molding, newer appliances, and brand new carpet. There are plenty of open parking spaces. It is pretty quiet here. It is well-lit and feels safe. Don't live here! The parking is horrid and you cannot have guests because there is only 10 vistor spots for the whole complex. If you do have a visitor don't you dare make them move their car or they will loose their spot and more than likely be towed because they are very tow happy here. The management's soulution to the parking problem was to make more covered parking so you would have to pay to have a place to park. I was not going to write a review but I just had enough Today I woke up to my car keyed side to side. I should have known that this was going to be a horrible place when we moved in and the apartment was not even clean. The staffs use to be very helpful on till recently, we had a few issues and all we get are the most arrogant rude answers, or even things that don’t make sense.
