RecommendedThis was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant! We had a group of 8 people and our server Aaron was amazing! He was friendly accurate and entertaining, all the qualities a server should be! I highly recommend asking for him if you want an incredible experience as well!
Ordered well done Steak and Skewed Shrimp, Medium Steak and Shrimp and a Medium Steak. 50 minutes later the well done was medium rare (blood) and the skewed shrimp were cold. We sent back the Steak which came back out quick, but the Shrimp were still cold. During the entire time there, my tea was filled one time. If I were the manager, I would have at least gave my friend the meal free for the rare steak and cold shrimp; nope. I will not eat there again.

Awesome service and food.
Service in the bar area was terrible, entire staff in restaurant soent way to much time in the kitchen laughing. It took us 35 minutes to get our food and that was after my husband asked about it. Bartender brought our food and said it would be on the house, then turned around and bought our check and said that she never said that. Food was poor and service was worst. Lady that worked bar area on 5/26 needs a service attitude adjustment!!

Aaron the waiter was great. Made our visit here much better. Staunton and the Texas steakhouse are lucky to have him.
Food was good, my steak was excellent, my wife's was a little tuff, but not enough for her to complain about. Aaron was our server, he was excellent, he was there with a drink refill before I was finished with the 1st glass and checked with us several times to see of we needed anything else.
I used to love Texas Steakhouse but the last 2 times it has been AWFUL!! I just left there...Our waitress was ok but the boneless barbecue wings were over cooked & hard!! I complained to the waitress but a manager never came out or anything!! I won’t be going back anytime soon!!
