I still would order from you because your burgers haven't changed..I've dealt with going without a straw,,ceo guy emailed and said special note on phone num... smdh now you don't give napkins,straws,wow.....smdh

Placed an order tonight and they forgot our whole meal! A whole cheeseburger, and loaded baked potato was missing! We called and spoke to the manager Eric, he then told us it was going to be 45 min until they can deliver us another one!! I decided to drive back so I could get it faster and Ashley (the lady at the drive thru window) was completely rude.. i asked to speak to the manager AND HE RUFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME?! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??!!

All of our food is cooked fresh to order, in the order the ticket was received, therefore the wait time for delivery may vary. However, there is no excuse for any rude service, and we will get this issue fixed. Steak was tough as shoe leather and didn’t even taste like a Ribeye.Potato loaded with an extra charge of 1.99 meant just a little bacon,no cheese.Salad was a little lettuce and one tomato,and I can’t forget the cold roll.Not impressed for 24 dollars!

Waited nearly 2 hours for our delivery. I spent at least 30 minutes trying to call and find out where our delivery was. The phone was either busy or not answered. When I did get ahold of the manager he was very rude and cited it had only been “96 minutes” and that they had over “200 tickets”. While the food has always been good, this encounter will definitely cause them to lose our business.
Food is always great, and so is the customer service. Our delivery driver Jose was one of The nicest people I’ve met in a long time! If you haven’t ever tried Steak Express you definitely need to check it out.
I love steak express, however the last two times I’ve gotten their chicken breast it’s been raw. This time I ask to speak to the manager and he was very rude, when I told him it had pink in it and tasted raw he said “do you want me to burn it for you?” Not what I expected to come from a manager. I have gotten great chicken before but after that comment and him not wanting to fix the actual issue, he did offer me another chicken breast but why would I want a burnt chicken breast. Hopefully higher ups will get a new manager.
Ordered dinner Friday night, order was placed at 5:59 pm. Waited in the parking lot for an hour while they still prepared the food. The $19 Ribeye I ordered was disgusting, felt like eating rubber. The baked potato was hard, my entire meal was ruined. I called and spoke to the manager about my disappointment he said he would credit my account.
