placed my first order online today...it was very good and fast delivery...big portions ...the only things I was disappointed in was the roll was already cold and the butter would not melt....the baked potato was warm but again not hot enough to melt the butter..and I wish I could have ordered more cherries for my cheesecake(which was a very big piece...that I really enjoyed) needed at least two more.....my biggest disappointment was the jalapenos...the picture they show on the website when ordering shows a fresh jalapeno tha... read more
delicious bugers and the Cheesecakes bomb. Its better than buying pizza and it taking two hours. Drivers are friendly too not like dominos..
3rd strike. Food is ok, but subpar for the price. Typically cold when you get it, but the taste isn't bad. Waited almost 2 hours tonight for delivery. Called 3 times. I finally called and said don't bother. Showed up after I cancelled. Sure, I'll take it but I am not paying for cold overpriced food. Delivery guy called but manager said if I don't pay I won't get the food. No worries. Keep it, I'll never call again.
Called in an order and the guy took my order entry was going to shoot him self in the head...... that is so inappropriate my brother committed suicide and your going to say that over the phone with me that's not ok....I'm not happy what so ever...
We ordered a medium rare steak tonight and we ended up with a very rare steak. When we called to let them know we were told that's how these steaks were made and that we were wrong. The guy that answered the phone treated us as if we were stupid. Not ordering from them again.

The tea is seriously always sour. Not sure why I even tried it again. It's nasty and it stinks!! Do you not dump is out after so long?
Steak express in Lubbock is terrible. No one knows how to cook a steak and they are always very rude. Never again will we order from them.
