Mark was always so quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very professional and explained his process very well. When he wasn’t please with the temperatures my house reached he moved his heaters to make sure everything was done properly. I am so relieved. When I got home the house was just as he explained it would be. While I hope I never had to use this company again (because I never want the bugs again), I would definitely call Mark first!!! Thank you!!!
I called and spoke with Mark about my concern. He promptly came out and did a free inspection on my property, assuring me that I did not have a problem. He was honest and educated me on what to look out for.
They were responsive and they were in and out quick. I haven't seen an infect or bug since. I'll definitely be using then from now on. Thank you Texas State Pest Management
