My wife and I were very satisfied with their friendly service. People very nice to us. Thank you.
I’ve had a few appointments here.. the wait time is always ridiculous. Office staff have no idea what they are doing and getting a call back from anyone here is a joke. Do not recommend.
I ordered new lenses for my glasses about 2 months ago and still haven't gotten them.
Do not shop here. Go elsewhere if possible. I've waited almost three months for my glasses and I went to pick them up today, 12/16, and they closed at 1:00 on a Friday for a staff Christmas Party. Horrible customer service.
The optometrist was good. His staff is rotten. These sad sad women spewed negative comments about customers for the entire span of my waiting around for the hour I was there. Wretched. Hey Doc, ditch the crew and get people who don’t make your location a terrible visit.
