My first visit was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Extremely pleased with the doctor. Already booked next years appointment.
RecommendedMy husband and I went to TSO in Schertz recently and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been looking for a good doctor that takes EyeMed insurance and I think we finally found it!

NEVER AGAIN!! Sure everyone is “nice” but that is not the only qualification for a good business. First, I never write reviews online but this place makes me want to. I made appointments for myself and 2 kids because our normal eye doctor was backed up 6 weeks due to covid. When I arrived and was completing the paperwork with the front staff, I was told it would be between $99-$299 for Each of us to have a contact fitting. I asked for them to be more specific because I can’t sign paperwork committing myself to $900. They cou... read more
Great customer service. The staff listens and I felt heard. I am surprised how the doctor remembers his clients. They will keep my business.
The wait time for your appointment is not long. Everyone that work there know what they are doing . Everyone there are nice and professional.
The staff here is amazing my daughter has been coming here for years and they are very accurate with her prescription and very friendly and sweet ....

The staff was professional and proficient. My entire visit was pleasant from the receptionist to the doctor. The communication regarding my glasses being ready for pickup was wonderful. Definitely worth the drive for me.
