RecommendedI came in today to have a routine eye exam, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bobby was extremely patient when it was time to pick my glasses, I didn’t feel rushed. He took the time to go over all of my options with my insurance and the cost I would need to pay. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering TSO, to come! Excellent experience!

RecommendedTSO is a very friendly place. I have been there now three times in the past 18 months. The first was I broke my glasses and they were able to get me in that day, even as a new patient. The second time I was having extreme eye pain and again they were able to get me right in. The last time I was there was to get new glasses. Dr. Hatridge and Dr Nguyen are both very knowledgeable, Bobby know his stuff when I comes to ordering new glasses and Alexis always takes care of my checking in at the front desk. RecommendedBobby was a great help. He told me what suited me and what didn’t. He was honest which I really appreciated. Dr. Hatridge was very professional. In my opinion they need more bright funky colors to add to their selection of frames.
