I loved my experience with TSO in Nac.! Staff were so nice & Dr. Golden was so sweet to me! After several eye clinics turning me down for insurance purposes, it led me to TSO & I’m so glad it did! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Golden! 🖤
Very unprofessional. My mother took my 7 year old brother to get an eye exam and instead of being sympathetic and understanding of him being scared they held him down and tried to forcefully put drops in his eyes then sprayed stuff in his face even though his eyes were closed and instead of just doing the exam they brought in a second nurse to help hold him down and scared the hell out of him even worse. Learn to deal with children better.
I live in Lufkin and had a terrible experiences with the TSO here so I went to TSO in Nac and loved, loved, loved it! I had to take my daughter and she was apprehensive but the staff was so friendly and warm and welcoming. They did not make us feel bad and they made the whole process seamless and stress-free which is what we all need sometime. Dr. Dixon Golden does not tolerate ANY one on his staff to be less than professional and kind and I really appreciate that. I am thinking about making this our new home for myself and ... read more
I just switched to TSO in Nacogdoches from another provider. I had a great experience at TSO. Friendly staff, and Dr. Mackey ask and the optometry folks were great as well. I was even surprised to find that my new glasses were ready on the third day. I am so happy, Thanks!
Fast friendly staff all our questions get answered and the fact that daughter don’t complain that says it all!
