they were great with my son they did an awesome job
If I had read these reviews beforehand, I probably wouldn't have gone to this office. However, when arriving, the staff was friendly to me and my service was quick. The doctor was also very professional and was patient when administering the eye exam. When selecting my frames, I was pleased with the selection. The reason why I'm giving this place 3/5 stars is the obnoxious wait time for my glasses to be ready. Having to wait 7-10 Business days is not cool.
Horrible customer service! Doctors are okay but the front desk needs work.
Horrible customer service. I only changed to this business site compare to the Killeen location because it was closer. My FSA card was declined due to funds not being released yet. The lady that helped me said that I would be able to call in or come in and pay for my glasses. I came in a week later , and the front desk said none of my information was found, basically as if I was never a patient there, but i could wait to be seen.. Um NO the lobby area was packed!!!. I will not go back!
After going to TSO for the past 10 years..,, I'm sorry I have yo change. When I tried new contacts after seeing the doctor already 2 times in a year, they were going to charge me for another eye exam "because it was 60 days" since the 1st visit. The "new" contacts stick together easily, are hard to see, so you waste more than you use. I will stick it out till these are gone and find a different eye doctor. Maybe they have changed policies, because to me this is POOR customer service.
