Rude as Hell . They flip out if you want your prescription to take elsewhere. They charge your Insurace for contacts and hope you never come back then profit off of you and your Insurace. That’s why they try to keep your prescription. The DR came out and got in my face when I demanded my contact prescription after 2 hours of them dancing around it and not giving it to me! Absolutely terrible!
They are the only place I’ve ever heard of to charge a restocking fee on glasses, that are free to replace if broken or damaged. Making sure to nickel and dime everything. We won’t ever be back.
Will never go back. Not one bit of customer service! Need to make sure that your front desk girl can't be heard calling your customer a bitch. Especially stating that the customer was never called to be informed their glasses were in. My family and myself have used TSO for many years this is a huge disappointment.
