Everyone is always amazing. I will never go anywhere else.
I went to get a new pair of glasses and was not allowed to even browse the their frame selection while they were fitting another customer. I was told only one customer could browse the selection at a time. I was also prohibited from browsing while the technician was fitting that customer. I was relegated to sitting in the waiting area to wait for them to finish before I could even narrow down my selections. Horribly inefficient. Do better.
The ladies are so sweet and patient every time we come in. Dr is also very thorough and polite. Very pleased with TSO.
