They were on time, professional and very courteous. They serviced a complete exterior house soft washing package that included the house, windows and gutters. I will use them again

Texas Star was awesome! The whole process from start to finish was sooo easy. Getting a bid online, scheduling a date, and the actual service was pain free. I will differently use them again and again

The group at Texas star windows broke an expensive piece of glass. They claimed they were insured and it would be replaced. I would call to follow up and they would give me a date someone would come out with the replacement. Multiple promised dates would come and go with a no show and no call explaining why. I tried for a year to keep calling them but they just ignored me eventually and never made good on their promise. They must not be insured. I would not recommend them. I found the work sloppy, and over priced. The person they have on the phone is really good with his words and talks a big game, but there is a lot more companies out there that do a better job for cheaper. They are all about getting you to pay the most for the littlest amount of work.

They did have to reschedule my appointment the day they were supposed to arrive, but they were very professional and did additional work with no extra charge. They also sent me pictures of all the work done. They did a gutter cleaning on our 2 story house. Our gutters were in serious need of help ! Very professional and thorough. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Not professional companies they do not show up remotely close to the right time vary inconvenient.
