My children and husband are terrified of the dentist and the whole staff made every one feel comfortable and relaxed. Tiffany and her bubbly personality is the reason we chose Texas Star Smiles. Every time you speak to her she is so sweet and caring. Dr Harris has an outstanding staff. I can't remember the name of the assistant that helped Dr Harris with my daughter yesterday but she was extremely patient with Sophia and kept reassuring her. I love them, they are always so friendly! Great service and very compassionate.
As a person who has a huge fear of getting work done on my teeth this place is amazing and compassionate about their patients. Dr.Harris is so kind and is a asset to the dental world. She took time and listened to me and my fears. I have never felt so comfortable than I did today. The staff is amazing too. Welcoming and helpful. This place should be one of the best in killeen. Thanks again to the staff and to Dr Harris.
I have to say.. I have been afraid of the dentist since i was a child. I've actually walked it of several dentist office for rudeness and making Me very uncomfortable and ashamed. This dentist is amazing. She's understanding and listens. She makes me feel at ease and not embarrased. She's very approachable. Yes the lady in the front messed up on some of my paperwork but she no longer works there. But they still talked to me and spelled everything out before i agreed on any treatment.
