My conversation was very nice. I am old. Well I am 66. Kinda old. But all media I do mean ALL is complicated for me. I just called today the young lady was so helpful. I got my Rx and was on my way. I look forward to continuing with them. Thank you very much.
Spoke with a pharmacist as I had several questions regarding my eye drops. Carla, I think her name was, answered all my questions and was a good communicator, very thorough, polite and patient. Also Jayden answered the phone and asked all necessary info (my Q, personal info, etc) before transferring me. He was also patient and helpful.

My overall first time experience was great! Denise was extremely kind and walked me through the process of filling medication and answered all of my questions. The pharmacist did a great job explaining to me how to safely use my medication. Would recommend 10/10
2 for the shipping and end product due to consistently arriving warm. Th shipping was not a problem a year ago when they used Styrofoam and icepacs. Since the they changed to cardboard and small icepacs. It is worth the additional $80 to get ahold of Lilly and get on the program to pay cash for Zepbound.
