I have my compounded prescription mailed to me. It comes in beautiful packaging that keeps it cold in this TX heat & humidity, which is impressive. Their turn around from order to fill to front door delivery is extremely quick. Prescription fills & refills are a quick & easy process overall. Wrote a pretty negative review this morning, everything true, but I did know that they were going through a big update or possibly a whole new system and as Murphys Law dictates, I don't think it was going as expected. But what astounded me was they read it, called me and gave me first class service. If my prescription wasn't refrigerated and I didn't need to be home to receive it, I probably wouldn't have complained. If i could give 10 stars i would! Love that I am able to do everything by text or email since I am hard of hearing. Online is quick, easy, and convenient. They also follow up with me after my medication has been delivered to make sure everything went smoothly or if i have questions.
The most caring and kind people, ever. They went above and beyond to help me after my home lost power for over 3 days (due to a storm) causing my medication to not be safe. This team cared more about helping me than my own healthcare team whom I’ve spent thousands of dollars with! I will recommend this pharmacy and their staff to everyone. Thank you so much, Thesis!!
Over-reliance on automated systems that resulted in a one star rating at first. However, staff contacted me and immediately addressed my concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
