I have found Texas Star Pharmacy to be helpful, accurate and accommodating. I had a concern today, called them, and my situation was immediately resolved by Hansa (sp?). He was respectful, understanding and very helpful, as I have found all their employees to be. You can't go wrong here!

The pharmacy is always so quick and responsive—such a relief when you’re juggling a busy schedule. Dennise is always a pleasure to work with: kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the level of care and service every time!
Update: I was able to get through to a rep and they explained the system change and was able to find out when my prescription was shipping. The next day I had a tracking number which I’ve never had. In my opinion they should have warned customers of the system change. No one ever replied to my messages or email, but after a couple of tries and holding I was able to speak to someone so don’t give up. I had a little trouble last month getting my prescription but was able to get it worked out. This month has been a nightmare. ... read more
