I ve just called 2 minutes ago and I wanted to get a quote. I've never done this and was asking several questions. Ron essentially told me "I don't have time for this call someone else" great way to run customers out. We'll im just glad not to have done business with them.
No documentation or service report was provided. I have no idea what was actually done.
Our thermostat was dark and our downstairs unit was not coming on, so I called Ron Niles of Texas Star Heating & Cooling. Ron replaced the thermostat and got the AC running better than it ever. Ron is very knowledgeable, efficient, and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Ron and thank you Texas Star Heating & Cooling!! Five star service and value!
