We just had Marco and Elmer over to trouble shoot a couple of issues we have with our Ruud air conditioner. We could not be more pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of these two. Phenomenal service and very responsive. My A/C unit went down on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I called Ron at Texas Star first thing Saturday morning, and he had my unit back up and running within two hours of the phone call! Ron is very responsive and gave me a great explanation of the work he was doing while he was doing it. He has definitely earned my business for the future, and I'll certainly be pointing all my neighbors his direction when they need help.

I had to come on here and do a review for this awesome company! My husband had Texas Star come out to our home a couple weeks ago because our AC went out...we just bought this house recently...so it was very upsetting.
