Can't complain! Tariq went above and beyond to help me and my family find the perfect vehicle. He worked diligently in helping my family. The guy is top-notch. Don't take my word for it! Give him a try! Oh I forgot to mention he came to me and had all the documents I needed. I would say buyer beware. My boyfriend and I flew in from Illinois to buy a truck from Tariq. Took his word on this truck, as soon as we got home the turbo went out, coolant leak he said he fixed came back, wipers stopped working, the fog lights quit working, and the speakers stopped working. He said he'd work with us since we were flying in from out of state. Over $5,000 in repairs so far. About four years ago I was stuck in a $635 a month truck payment. At first it wasn't a problem but buying your first house in austin's market you could really feel the strain of such a large payment. I talked to Tariq about my situation and he was able to find me a f-250 truck that I could use for work/home. Not only did he find me a good deal on a new truck but was also able to sell my old truck for more than what other dealerships where willing to give me as a trade in.
I have now purchased 3 vehicles (Mine, My Sister's, and My Parent's) from Tariq and his service never ceases to amaze me. He went above and beyond to make sure we got in to the right vehicle. Even when he didn't have the vehicle we were looking for in his inventory he was able to find one for us and transfer it to Austin. He is upfront, fair, and honest. I trust him and highly recommend him to others. Tariq is by far the best car salesman in Austin and I will continue to buy all my cars from him in the future.
Purchased a diesel truck from them, i had never owned one before and they let me drive 3-4 different models until i found one that i really liked and felt comfortable in. Actually took a few weeks of shopping and they would reach out to me when they got something in my price range in stock. Handled all the paperwork quickly and smoothly, i'd would use them again.
