Promise Hospital, Ochsner campus, cared for my father in law before his death. The staff was patient centered and truly cared about his well being. He received the absolute best care possible and we received compassionate support during this difficult time. Thank you Promise from the DeLouche Family.

Please do not ever put your loved ones here this place is so incompetent to care for anyone. My father was moved here to be weaned off a trac. he was dead one week later because of their incompetence. The staff was rude and disrespectful to us.

What I liked: 1. They had a LICENSED ICU Unit which many LTAC's do not have (even if located next to a hospital). They also have the ability to provide High Observation for a patient which is a step down level if a patient is almost ready to leave the ICU but not ready for a telemetry unit or regular nursing floor.
