This place does horrible business and I will never bring anymore of my cars here they have been working on installing a mirror for 3 days and they are already paid in full

The BEST! I was referred to Texas Sound and Security by a guy at Big T who couldn't help me. My keys were stolen along with my off the market remote start. Told him I needed a replacement and he said they'd take a look and let me know! Well they did look but also incurred some difficulties with my car basically rejecting the new remote. They went the extra mile and called tech support and got the remote working! I will be back to see them for any stereo, alarm and/or tint issues! Pretty Good Experience overall. I went to this shop to have an andriod Radio GPS system with backup camera installed on a 2004 325i BMW. The install took a few more hours than what I was told but I knew it would take longer since they were installing a system with a backup camera and GPS . Only issue I had was the price of the Rydeen RYD CM1T150BPR camera which cost me nearly $80 bucks . These guys are awesome and the only ones I let touch my car since I've been in Texas. Let them do it all from window tint to sound and I've been completely satisfied.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy a lifetime warranty from these scam artists for ANY purpose. I got window tint from them on my car and my tint has now bubbled up, according to the warranty I should be able to get my tint reapplied, but they would not honor their own warranty due to the fact that they have new owners, which should NOT affect a warranty from the SAME company. Horrible business practice and horrible customer service.
