Charged/billed my insurance for a follow up visit i didn’t ask for and canceled on top of that! Dr Ashwin Gowda even called me to ask why i cancelled. I think that’s how they billed me. lol. On top of that it took them over a month and half to get just my first initial phone consultation which they also charged me for. ??🤷‍♂️ I’m already pre-diagnosed. It's nearly impossible to talk to someone who is actually in the office. They use a virtual answering service and I've had at least 5 back-and-forths, without actual answers from the medical team. UPDATE in response to owner: Please call and see for yourself before working with this clinic. If you call and select 'new patient' it redirects to someone who says they're virtual and not located in the office.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Their phone system is completely run by AI, no one EVER responds to phone calls or text messages with “Klara” (they’re ridiculous AI system). I refuse to take my dad to a doctor’s office where there there is ZERO RESPONSE and ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH A HUMAN BEING! I asked them several times if the appointment my dad was supposed to have was a video conference call or if it was in person and I could not get a reply at all from this office I could not get a hold of a human being at all!
