Very friendly and accomodating
I was late but they still managed to get me seen promptly. Provider was very knowledgeable and compassionate and added a lot to my understanding of my condition and needed care.
I recently completed a sleep study with Texas Sleep Medicine at Bluffstone, and the communication has been poor from start to finish. I had to follow up multiple times just to coordinate the study, and now that it’s completed, there has been no email, call, follow up appointment, or clear explanation of the results. Calling the office is its own adventure: an AI voice bot answers, and if you finally reach a live person, the call disconnects. Very reassuring for a medical provider.
