Been to multiple dermatologist specialists. This is the first one to charge me for wart freezing warts after my insurance copay. They tried to blame my insurance but it’s never an issue anywhere else. The doctor didn’t even notice a clear wart spot right next to the one he already froze. I have had four biopsies, three Mohs surgeries and two lipoma surgeries at this office. Everyone from the front desk personnel and nurses to the surgeon have been very knowledgeable, professional and kind. 5 stars!!!
The doctor was direct to the point and well detailed when speaking.
Well I had a terrible experience at this location. The front staff was unbelievably rude. I had an appointment for 2pm and called 15 minutes prior to the appointment letting the staff know I would be 7 minutes late due to an accident. The front desk took my information and confirmed I would be fine prior to arriving. I get a call right as im walking in asking where I am.
