Eddie was alot of help for my boys and I, responded quickly and clearly when I had any questions or confusions Even fixed my mistake in a typo in what I needed ,really liked that he reached out and checked in on me to make sure everything was going in order I definitely recommend for anyone with animals that are made part of the family whether it be ESA or service animals in general Thank you Eddie
