Ken was very knowledgeable, caring and professional. He came to my sisters house, assessed her needs, and decided on the best place to put the grab bars. The installers then placed them, and they did a great job. The quality of the bars/hardware do not require a stud, and they are very, very sturdy. Rated to over 800 pounds! Then Ken came back and had my sister do a return demo to make sure she knew how to correctly use them. Ken, with Texas Senior Safety, did an excellent job of remodeling my mother’s bathroom. He converted her old tub shower into a beautiful,, safer and more accessible shower with grab bars installed. Now my mother is more confident in taking a shower alone without fear of falling again.
