Dr. Richards is exceptional. He was attentive and caring and went out his way to answer all the questions a parent would have, I would highly recommend him.
The customer service at this office is horrible when scheduling an appointment. I'd rather take my business else where than deal with unprofessional none trained representatives on the phone and then the appointments are scheduled a month out. Customer service sucks and the appointments are pushed out a month Thanks but no THANKS!!!
Scheduled an Appointment...not even talking about the 3 weeks waiting for the appointment A week after i set the appointment they called me to reschedule for 2 weeks later from the original appointment date. Unprofessional!!!
He's the best Dr.. He listens to you about any concerns or questions you may have & he explains everything to you.
