We placed a to go order and received the wrong item. I was suppose to get portobello mushroom chicken. We called and spoke with an employee and was told The manager would give us a call back and would give us a gift card for the error. We never even received a call back. Very disappointed.
Just went to the Texas Roadhouse on 3311 S. McKenzie Street in Foley, Al and it was superb, first time there in quite a while.Ordered a steak and rib plate with two sides and the ribs just pulled right off the bones with a fork, steak was tender and juicy and wife had beef tips over rice with gravy. Better yet was our bubbly server Paige who made our evening superb. Her service was spot on, and she seemed to know a few people who sat at the bar area. Food was good (B-). The atmosphere was better than most of the Texas Roadhouse's we've eaten at. Lighting was good. Place was clean. Ate here 3/20/26 about 8:00PM. In for the Soccer tournament. Now, what keeps it from a five star is that the waitress was distracted and the fact that I didn't get my order correctly. Steaks were cooked correctly, appitizer was good.
