So tired of Slow service I stopped going.
Always adjust your steak order. They consistently overcook by 2 temperatures (I.e. if you like medium, order it rare). If you want rare or medium rare, go somewhere else.
Definitely worth calling ahead for a table on Fri/Sat night.
