This place gets my steak cooked exactly how I want it EVERY time!
I'm not sure how a steak house can fail so miserable at cooking steak. Don't get a rare steak. They just sear it for a min. when I asked to have it cooked a bit longer, they just nuked it for 30 sec
Sierra or even San Antonio chicken is to die for!!!! Snake bites for an appetizer!
Food on my last three trips has been messed up or overcooked.
