So I will start off by saying that the staff was doing their absolute best with being as busy as the restaurant was. Now, to touch on everything else. The place was absolutely packed. I mean ridiculously packed that there was confusion upon who was waiting in line first and so on so forth, which became incredibly frustrating, incredibly fast. My sweet potato was hot and all of my other food was cold or not cooked all the way. Othe Texasroadhouses do such a better job. Disappointing
