Absolutely awesome prime rib and OMG the bread is fantastic!

Chelsea was amazing. We arrived with a party of 15. She did not disappoint.
Typical of chain restaurants, I had had a good experience once but it must be a fluke. My steak comes out burnt, not just well done but so overcooked it was inedible. I hate to ask because it's like I'm the bad guy when I return a steak. Seriously, you're a steak house, get it right the first time. Appetizer was gross. Sides were cold. Why should we have to ask for them to be reheated. Kitchen obviously inexperienced.
