This was my 1st visit to this TX Roadhouse. I usually order steak at the chain, but I was doing takeout and thought the ribs would be a better choice. They were darn good ribs! Lean but not dry. Smoky and lightly covered with a not-too-sweet BBQ sauce. And, very tender! The salad was unexceptional, but tasty. The ribs, baked potato, and rolls (yummy) were all still remarkably hot after the 15 minute drive home. It was a terrific dinner.
