=11/21/25= Was seated in a timely manner. Our server was Kaylin and she was awesome. Friendly and attentive. Service was good, food was good. My son and I were seated at a booth near the bar area in the back on November 15th, 2025 at around 8:30 PM. We went to celebrate his honor roll achievement — he earned a free kid’s meal by reading three books at school, and we were both excited for a nice dinner. The issue came when it was time to pay. My bill was $21 and I paid with a $100 bill. The server asked if I needed change, and I clearly said yes. She returned with only $70, taking a $9 tip without asking. Joseph, our server wearing the red Texas Roadhouse hat, went above and beyond for us. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he also made sure our drinks were always filled and that we had everything we needed. Great job hiring people like him — his customer service skills are amazing! 🫶
