This Texas Roadhouse location continues to disappoint. We made a reservation and later checked in when we got there through the app, which estimated a 15-minute wait, yet we ended up waiting over an hour before being seated. I don’t really see the point of making a reservation on the app, if you still have to check in when you get there and wait in line like you never made a reservation to begin with. This used to be our go to place for steaks. Last 2 visits, both of us ordered filets medium, one comes out fine, the other meal had to be send back. A bright pink almost raw filet is not "medium", as the server agreed both times. The aggravating part, and main reason for this review, is both times it's almost a 15 minute wait to get the meal back. No priority ahead of other orders.
