Hair in our food (none of us have that hair color), handed me my drink in a dirty glass (had something hardened onto the side), music so loud you can't hear the person next to you.
First Med Rare steak was over well done. The return was rare and xtra fat. Not good. Salad had way too much blue cheese. Next time on the side

we eat at this location sometimes 4 or 5 times a month today was the worst. the server was unfriendly and not attentive yo our table at all. the salad and potatoe was good as usual but the steak i got was terrible and very salty. there was no telling our server she never frequent out table ..we love our texas roadhouse but this was not good at all
we ate there on 3-18 in the evening and we had dewayne as a server and let me tell you hands down best server i’ve ever had there! and we eat there alot and ive never had a server as good as him! so friendly we never asked for a refill on anything he had it before we was empty! we had issues with the food but that wasn’t his fault and he was so helpful to fix it he truly made you feel like family! and if i knew his schedule i can assure you i would only eat when he was working! that man needs more then a pat on the back he w... read more
