Excellent food but the service was not up to standard this visit.

Our server was great. I felt bad for him. But our wings came out cold, they took them back and reheated them instead of making fresh ones, so they were soggy. The potato skins had half a literal slice of cheese on each potato instead of using shredded cheese like every other TRH. So none of them were actually covered with cheese. I asked the server that dropped them off about it and she said that was how they make them. When our steak came out half of it was rare rare, the other half was well done. How? No clue. This is the ONLY Texas Roadhouse I will ever go to again. They were very accommodating for my husband's 60th and our party of 12, even letting us switch tables before ordering. Summer, the manager, gave us excellent service, and also our servers. The food and service was excellent. I have had bad experiences at other TX Roadhouses but not this one. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making my Husband's 60th special!
