The server had no sense of urgency , didn’t have silverware until we already had the food. Refills took a while always too. It wasn’t busy at all so this wasn’t an excuse . This is literally the worst day and service we had in this Texas Roadhouse location. So far we have our food for about 5-10 minutes still no silverware
This place is great every time we go! Good portions amazing and service is amazing. Our server Zoey was extremely sweet and super duper nice! I got a kids rib and I had so much food left over!
Every time I pick up rolls they are flattened.
