To preface, I love Texas Roadhouse and we eat there about twice a month. We have tried this location twice and was disappointed both times. The food took about 40minutes to come out. Even the server commented that he is "pressuring" the kitchen. I dont know if it's the weird layout, but it was also hard to get server's attention to get a drink refill. Manager never came to check on us either like other location does. Disappointing 😞
Best place to get a steak in town that's not the $$$ fancy places downtown. Almost perfect steak, im very picky on steaks, so keep up your standards and you have yourself a new loyal customer.
We had Madi as a sever and he killed it. Also did not know it was his first serving job and at that his first week! He carried himself very well.
