Ok, so I didn't know this until today, but apparently the Dallas "Filet" is not actually a "Filet" but it is actually a sirloin Filet which is not the same as an actual Filet. So not knowing this I ordered it expecting a nice Filet like I get when I go to other steak house restaurants. This is not what I received and I wish I would have taken a picture of what they are trying to pass off as an actual Filet. It would be nice to hire more people. I waited to order to go but no one was available. I had to go in and get it through the bar. Friendly lady from the bar.
