Every time I order a steak, medium, it has come rare. Dried out by the time it was cooked properly, usually after at least 2 more trips back to the kitchen. Stopped ordering steaks after the third time. Lately, usually get to go. Got it home - no sidekick shrimp ($7.99 + tax + tip). They could only refund or voucher the original amount of 7.99.
