The bone in ribeye was mostly fat, had to ask repeatedly for our drinks, appetizers never came, and missing side orders from meal. The last visit we had at the Crown Point location our steaks were severely under cooked. After years of Texas Roadhouse being a personal favorite, we will not be returning.
Hostess (jazz) left me standing at the front computer with a line behind me. Side eyes me several times from the other computer where they sit you from but never greeted us. I finally asked if she could help us her response was well there's no one there. O ok . So I step down said there's 3 of us she then says stand at one. Felt like I was being parked. Service is usually very good. The food is always good and the $5.00 margaritas are a plus.
