We explained we had not ordered this and she tritely said: "Just kidding", picked it up and left. We ordered a chicken fried chicken dinner and two sirloin dinners. The chicken dinner was brought out minus the sirloins. By time the chicken dinner was 99.9% eaten, our waiter came by and looked quite perplexed.
