Greasy, was served steak with grizzle, complained. served food allergic too when requested not to have it served. Unacceptable response.
2 months ago we used the take out service. The food was scheduled to be ready at a specific time when you order. I arrived, followed the email instructions and had to wait 35 minutes past the time it was to be ready. The food was cool but passable. We ordered again tonight, waited 20 minutes past the time it was to be ready and it was brought out shortly after I had sent a 2nd text message asking where it was.
