Everything is good at Texas Roadhouse!! We went yesterday, a Sunday evening only had a 10 minute wait even though the place was packed. We had the delicious rolls and that awesome butter while we decided on what to order. Our waiter was the greatest he kept us in rolls & butter as well as our drinks topped off. I really can’t believe you ran out of prime rib! That’s the only thing I ever order! I probably won’t be back!
Did call ahead seating and was told 60 min wait. Not a big deal. However, when we arrive 60 mins later to check in... we are told that we still had a 30 min wait. We explained that we were told 60 min and we had our diabetic grandson with us and she replied “I’m sorry were on a 75 + min wait now...do you want to wait.” Just very disappointing that we timed our grandsons needs according to the wait time and we were so rudely dismissed.
