Absolutely the worst Texas Roadhouse experience ever! I have ate at Texas Roadhouse between here and Washington State. Never have I had such a bad experience. We made reservations for 14 to celebrate 2 birthdays. They tried to sit us at 3 separate tables so we would not have been able to talk. Eventually we used 2 tables with extentions. The tables were not set and I had to ask 3 times to get salt for all the tables in our room. None of them had salt. Had to go find a bottle of steak sauce because they too, we're empty! Went for my wife's June 4 annual birthday trip to TR. We arrived at 4 o'clock to be sure her favorite medium rare prime rib would be available. We ordered a side of shrimp cooked medium rare, the M/R center cut prime and a M/R Road Kill. At 4:30 the training server came to say no M/R Prime was available and what did we did we want to do. I said I'll be back next year but my said bring any pink piece. What we got 20 minutes later was rubber shrimp, brown prime and well done Road Kill
Food was good tonight but had to ask and reask and reask the server for refills, bread, napkins..etc ! It's hard to get crappy service and then they still expect a tip
Mother's Day dinner was a bust! First we chose Roadhouse specifically for the ribs.....they ran out, next my daughter was going to get a virgin daiquiri and now apparently they don't make virgin bar drinks? We were going to leave with just an appetizer of fried pickles when the waitress asked if I still wanted a salad...I said no and 5 minutes later a salad is in front of me. After all of this our bill was still $21! Leaving unsatisfied and unimpressed.

I have had many good meals at other TR locations. The experience we had at this location guarantees that I will never again walk into a Texas Roadhouse. To sum it up, poor service, messed up orders along with appetizers we never received capped off by a manager that talked down to us in a condescending, disrespectful manner and then lied about what took place is just a bit too much. I really don't like to complain but this was just plain awful!

Been here many tines tonight was awful. rib eye was paper thin and more fat then meat. After being told that this steak is thin manager offered another I said no thanks waitress was wonderful she had $15.00 taken off the bill. Did not like the attitude of the manager who spent more time socializing with 1 table.
our servers name was Breanna, she did a really nice job! very polite, prompt, and kept a smile on her face! my chicken had to go back for more fire, but hey that happens. salads were crisp, foot was served hot. it was a good meal and priced right!
Never had a bad meal!!!! Hearty cut MED Salad Mashed / Baked . Cooked perfect every time. Kevin & Kory or the twins as i call them are the best
