The food is always good, the service staff is always friendly and it's an all-around fun place to take the family or enjoy by ourselves. Th prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable about the menu items, cuts of meat, etc. We've never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse, so we'll keep returning. Love the fried pickles!
We always stop here when we're in Syracuse. We love the food and we always sit at the bar because bartender Susan is so attentive, friendly and efficient!
My first time here. We walked in, got seated right away and the service was excellent
So I was sitting there eating wonder why these girls were walking around with sleeves on one arm or with band aids on them to finally figure out they were covering tattoos which looks completely stupid. It's a country restaurant and country girls have tattoos, most people have tattoos for that matter. So you would rather them walk around looking like they left a hospital/doctors office instead of showing what makes part of them, them, which is who they are. First off we understand you don't take reservations, we called an hour before arrival and still had to wait from 4:30pm- 6pm for a table. Granted we had a party of 10 but we aren't the first party of 10 I'm sure. Customer Service to the ladies that represent "Texas Roadhouse" the ones that greet you as soon as you walk in HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The food and waitresses were amazing above and beyond the only good part of the whole experience at Texas Road house.

Love the food but when you are lied to about the wait time and have three hungry kids who have waited an hour and a half its not a good time!
After calling over am hour ahead of when we showed up we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Am hour and a half later we were still not seated. People who came in after us were being seated before us. Maybe if you spent less time dancing and more time making sure your customers were taken care of it would be a better restaurant. Tried to speak to the manager and nothing was resolved so we ended up leaving. I would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service.
