Okay so what we went there again tonight. I thought it vegetarian night so I ordered through grass fed steak.
We were at the texas roadhouse in syracuse ny for my birthday dinner..6 people we had in total..the server was awful..she acted as if we were bothering her even asking for water or more drinks..our order was completely screwed up..but we never had a chance to tell her because she never returned..we asked another server for the manager..15 minutes later still no manager..we asked for my birthday cake to be returned so that we could go elsewhere..very disappointed on my special day..not sure if we will ever return!!
