It was ok, sorry but I like the one we have in Ithaca. The staff is alot more friendly and only had one bad experience there, and we go there quit often.
Went there on 12/30/16. Diet soda was mostly water BUT my order came with a long black hair! Manager came and said, "Sorry." Didn't comp the meal or dessert...NOTHING! Not planning on going back and will tell my friends.
Excellent job on NYE Texas Roadhouse! Went to early dinner at 4:30PM on one of the busiest nights of the year. Called ahead for a number waited only 15 minutes! Good was great steaks juicy and tender sides served hot. Waitress could not have been more accommodating! You knocked it out of the Rodeo.
Food was excellent and service was excellent! There was 13 of us and every order came out right and hot!

Normally the place is great but today's visit was very unpleasant. Why would a place cram 7 people in a booth made for 6? They bring a lot of things on separate plates so there is no table room at all when there are only 6 people, then add that extra person and their drink and dinner and there is just no room to move. And, this was with call ahead seating no less. One not enjoyable evening.
We've been here a few times now at different times of the day, and everytime we have had great service and great food.
My granddaughter called and told me not to fix anything for dinner. She took my Great Granddaughter, myself, and my daughter to Texas Roadhouse and we all had a very nice tasting steak smothered with onions and mushrooms. Love there steak dinners.
It was good and the steak was great.
