My boyfriend and I visit Texas Roadhouse at least once a month, but usually more often than that. We visited Sunday evening. The wait time wasn't long at all and we were sat at a booth near the bar. Our waiter was Gregg who was also working the bar that night. He was super helpful with anything and everything we needed that evening. His personality and attitude was so fun, happy and positive. This is the first time I have not had a great meal at Texas Roadhouse. They brought my chili out and it was ice cold, my husband ordered medium prime rib and it came out well done. Then I got my bill and it had 3 drinks on it that we did not order. It was extremely busy which may have contributed to some of the issues.
it was our first time there and we were impressed with the fast friendly service.
