A cockroach crawled onto our table shortly after our food was given to us, and we were still expected to pay our bill. There were three of us at the table and only two of us were given a voucher to come back for a free meal. Needless to say we won't be going back ever again.

We were rather disappointed. Our server only checked on us as he was passing by and never actually stopped. My wife's drink was never refilled and she never received the cup of bbq sauce she requested on the side. Food was decent, but our server was either overworked or under attentive.
Experiences vary - depending on a lot of factors, and maybe its because my wife and I are usually the least picky people in any restaurant, but to say customer service here is "sub-par", is completely inaccurate according to our experiences. Our latest experience, tonight, had a mix up with our appetizer (not sure if our waitress forgot to put it in, someone gave it the wrong table, or if they overlooked it in the kitchen, either way, we weren't in a hurry and we didn't care).
