RecommendedWe were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and although they didn’t sing Happy Birthday to her, we had a wonderful dinner! Our server, Caleb, was very pleasant and made our visit there even more special! We were there in August for another birthday and enjoyed our visit then, too. We’ve also had several carry-out meals when the restaurant was closed during the pandemic, and have always been pleased with the service. Thank you!

The steak was done right but seemed to be a littlw to salty. The one thing I would say was the waitress had a little bit of and audited.

I ordered to go. And was possible the worst experience at any chain restaurant I have ever witnessed. When I arrived to pick up my order a gentleman was waiting to receive the rest of his order which he hadn’t gotten on his original trip which should of been a sign for me as well. Anyways I picked up my order mind you (70$ plus a decent tip) got home and reliable yes just like that man they have only gave me a portion of my order. pruor to C OVID-19, this was our favorite location on Bethel rd. now, different story. they ignore the call ahead check in, and all the check in and waiting is outside. Thank goodness it wasn't raining yet. their little roof dies not shelter much. what will they do for winter? They have eliminated the handicapped parking. Last I knew, that is illegal. Had a mix up on the app for the wait list but they got us in quick and we got our food, which was amazing, very fast...drinks great too Brian our server was the best! Ended our Anniversary trip perfectly, thank you!

Very poor service tonight. We were basically attacked by our server as soon as we sat down telling us what to order so she could win a contest. When we did not comply we got the cold shoulder. Complained to the manager, she did not care. Hurricanes tasted watered down, lettuce was old and limp. Had to ask for our waters twice, they left a tray on the table. It was weird in every way. Definitely go to a different Texas Roadhouse.
Great customer service! We tipped our waitress 29% Everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing a mask!!
